IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Some insurance plans do not allow the payment to be issued to the provider, only the plan member.
In those cases, you will need to pay upfront and the insurance company will pay you directly.

Some Insurance Plans require a Doctors Recommendation note to access your coverage.
It is your responsibility to know and submit the appropriate documents to your insurance provider
prior to your treatment.

We accept cash, E-Transfer, Debit, Visa or Mastercard.
What to know BEFORE you book:
I take patients by appointment only. My practice is in my home, you will enter the clinic from the rear of my home. Absolutely no walk-ins!

Your booking time is for your entire appointment, including intake, treatment, and home care. Please complete all forms in advance and arrive on time to ensure maximum treatment time.
My general recommendation is 30 - 45 min ~ 1-2 body areas, 60 min ~ 2-3 body areas, 75 or 90min ~ 4+ body areas.

I use Pure essential oils in my practice, so while my space is not scent-free please do not wear strong perfumes, body sprays, or other products. Please also refrain from smoking or vaping prior to treatment.

If you are a NEW PATIENT Please review:

Please ensure all paper work is filled out prior to treatment so no time is wasted. If you have Insurance coverage please fill this section out prior to treatment so I can ensure faster direct billing. Please note, some insurance plans require a Doctors recommendation note to access your coverage. Please ensure you know this and take the necessary steps a head of time to ensure ease with billing.
